Located in the heart of downtown Frederick, The Banyan offers over 3,300 square feet of event space, and formal seating for up to 240 guests.

Our spacious ballroom is the perfect backdrop for your ceremony and reception, and our scenic rooftop will give your guests a unique place to mingle for cocktails. Having your ceremony elsewhere? The ballroom will be the perfect place for your guests to enjoy dinner and dancing afterwards.

    Venue Rental

    Full-Day Rental: Friday/Saturday ($10,000); Thursday/Sunday ($8,000); Monday-Wednesday ($7,000) - Full-day rentals are 14 hours and include set-up and breakdown for vendors. Tax and gratuity not included.

    Partial-Day Rental: Sunday ($500/hr.); Monday-Wednesday ($400/hr.). Partial-day rentals have a 4 hour minimum. Thursday-Saturday do not have partial-day rates. Tax and gratuity not included.

    Rooftop Add-On: Cocktail or ceremony add-ons will be considered on a case by case basis. Please inquire for rates.

    The Banyan is the exclusive beverage provider for all weddings and events. With an extensive menu of cocktails, mocktails, beer and wine, our beverage packages are sure to meet your vision for your wedding.

    Utilizing our 10’ bar, table-side wine service and/or a mobile bar customized with your own wedding cocktails or themed beverages, your guests will have an exceptional experience.
